As a founder and the person who created the name Mojofiti, I have been asked to explain the purpose and meaning of our global platform. At its core, Mojofiti is a place where people who speak different languages from different cultures around the world, can come together to communicate and collaborate on anything they feel is meaningful, useful or important. We use technology and people to help break down language barriers so that people can interact without limitation.

I have had the pleasure of reading every blog post at Mojofiti. It is rewarding and heartwarming to learn about the creative and meaningful ways Mojofitians are starting to use this platform.

We are working together to help people who are suffering in Haiti as a result of the devastating earthquake. In February, we will join athletes from around the world at the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, Canada to support peaceful competition.

This is a special time because we are part of the first 1,000 Mojofitians. We have the unique opportunity to build together the foundation of what will become the place where people from around the world come to do great things.
